I have over 30+ years of clinical counseling experience in various mental health settings, inclusive of management and supervisory positions. I have worked as a consultant for program development, as well as conducted various professional trainings and made numerous public presentations. Additionally, I have 3 years of experience as an adjunct professor teaching courses in counseling and social work.

I feel both privileged and honored to be part of a profession that allows me to bear witness to the resiliency and power of the human spirit. I have also been very fortunate in my career to receive my education and training from exceptional universities and truly gifted mentors. What I have concluded in my professional experience is that each individual is unique and requires uniquely individualized care. I believe that successful therapy and its various techniques, must to be adapted to the individual, based on personal strengths and motivation for change.

My philosophy of therapy is that we are all our own agents of change, and my role is that of collaborator and facilitator in the process. It is my goal and commitment to work with you and help you create the life that you desire. I believe in each person’s unique ability to change, grow, heal, and thrive. I hope you will invite me to partner with you in this process.
