Walk & Talk Therapy

Walk & Talk Therapy is exactly as it sounds! We walk together outside, instead of sitting in an office, and we utilize nature and movement to enhance the therapy experience. Many clients find Walk & Talk Therapy to be more relaxed and calming than a traditional in person office session. Locations and walking routes are chosen to accommodate all abilities, and Walk & Talk Therapy has proven to be a unique and excellent therapy modality with many mental health benefits.
